Member of the Luxembourg Bar. Martine joined the firm in 2002 and became partner in 2005. She heads the firm’s real estate and insolvency & restructuring practices and has a wealth of experience across a number of key areas including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, structuring of transactions for private equity funds, specialised events such as voluntary liquidation and de-structuring, and also in European insolvency law and accounting regulations (Lux GAAP, IFRS, consolidation). Prior to joining the firm, Martine worked with Deloitte & Touche in both their London and Luxembourg practices where she was partner for the legal department. More recently, Martine has been working across a number of international real estate transactions. Martine graduated from the University of Nancy (France). She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2004 and is also Council Member of INSOL Europe. A French national, Martine speaks English, French, German and Luxembourgish. Martine is a recommended practitioner in key legal guides including Chambers and Legal 500 amongst others. |
