Frédéric Feyten | Managing Partner

Frédéric is managing partner of OPF Partners Luxembourg and also heads the firm’s tax practice. He is actively involved and oversees all matters relating to tax and VAT within the firm.

Frédéric’s key practice areas include taxation, mergers & acquisitions, financial products and structured finance. He has specialised in Luxembourg and international taxation for around 15 years and has broad advisory experience of structuring cross border transactions through Luxembourg. After practising law in Brussels, New York and Rotterdam, he headed NautaDutilh’s Luxembourg tax practice as equity partner. He is also a former associate of Loyens & Loeff.

Frédéric graduated from the Free University of Brussels and the University of Louvain (KUL) and is a member of the Brussels and Luxembourg Bar. A Belgian national, he speaks English, Dutch, French and German.

Frédéric is a regular speaker at seminars and events globally and both Frédéric and his department have been recommended in key legal guides including Chambers, Legal500 and IFLR among others. Furthermore, Frédéric represents Luxembourg within the EVCA Tax and Legal Committee and is also involved in the ALFI VAT working group.
