Member of the Luxembourg Bar. Christel is a Counsel within the firm. With over 15 years legal experience, she specialises in civil and commercial litigation as well as restructuring and insolvency. Having joined OPF Partners in 2004, Christel previously worked with Credit Lyonnais Luxembourg SA where she was responsible for legal matters within the bank. Prior to that, she also worked with another Luxembourg law firm specialising particularly in the area of litigation. Christel graduated from the University of Lyon III (France) in 1991 with a “Maîtrise de Droit privé”, and in 1992, achieved her DESS ”Droit des affaires internationales” at the University of Burgundy (France). In 1994, she completed the “Cours complémentaires en Droit luxembourgeois”. A French national, Christel has been a member of the Luxembourg bar since 1994. She speaks English and French. |
