Withholding tax exemption of dividend distributions to treaty jurisdictions & other announced tax changes in Luxembourg

Following a draft law (Bill no. 5913) submitted to Luxembourg Parliament in September covering a.o. the abolishment of Luxembourg capital duty, additional draft legislation (Bill no. 5924) has in the meantime been submitted to Parliament (October 1, 2008).
