Martine Gerber-Lemaire and Aurore Marchand, members of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice team, attended the conference which brought over 100 people together, all insolvency practitioners and academics.
Specifically, Martine Gerber-Lemaire, partner and head of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice team, delivered a presentation on Luxembourg’s law on the reorganisation and insolvency regimes applicable to banks.
