In September 2009, Oostvogels Pfister Feyten hosted a Hong Kong seminar on ‘Structuring Inbound and Outbound Investments through Luxembourg’ where members of the Hong Kong legal and business communities attended. The presentation outlined the range of investment vehicles used such as the SIF and SICAR and unregulated structures such as the Securitisation Vehicle and the SOPARFI.
